Ilana Blumberg has spent the last decade working in nearly all facets of the New York City food scene.
Ilana worked as a consultant at Clark Wolf Company, a hotel, restaurant & hospitality consulting firm. Prior to that, she spent time working in catering, restaurants, and as an event planner.
A professionally trained chef, she previously ran IB Cooking, a boutique catering company specializing in private in-home dinner parties.
Ilana has a Master of Arts in Food Studies from NYU. She holds a certificate in Classic Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Denver. She is a member of the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance (NYWCA).
